Cancellation Policy / No Show / Refund / Weather Info:

The cancellation policy for our daily trips is is 48 hours prior to the scheduled trip date and time. 

Cancellation policy for our Private Charters is two weeks prior to the scheduled trip date and time. 

Reservations held with a credit card number will be charged for the original number of people in

the reservation in the event that you or anyone in your group does not show up for

a scheduled trip or does not cancel within the required amount of cancellation time.  

 

All sales are final.

All purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

 

If we would need to cancel trip due to weather, your payment would be refunded

or you can reschedule your trip with us for a later date.

 

Boat Snack Bar Information 

 

"Fish Tales" has a fully enclosed cabin, spacious upper observation/lounging deck,

men's and women's restrooms, and a convenient beverage and

snack bar onboard offering soda, water, beer, chips, cookies, candy, and more!

 

Glass containers are not allowed on board.
